This website, newtown.vatika.ai (the "Site"), and the brands Vatika.ai and KarmYog Vatika, are owned and operated by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). Vatika.ai (including the brand KarmYog Vatika) is owned and operated by JVL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U82300WB2026PTC286957), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, and part of the KarmYog for the 21st Century group.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry on this Site, we collect the information you provide: name, mobile number, optional email address, delivery address and pincode, delivery notes, order items and amounts, enquiry message and interest, and your consent choices for WhatsApp order updates and optional marketing. We also process payment identifiers from our payment provider (Razorpay) needed for reconciliation (for example payment and order IDs). We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

We may also collect limited technical information when you browse the Site (such as IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and referral source) through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To identify you for checkout and enquiries (a phone number identifies you; it is not a login until OTP is added later);
• To process orders, payments, delivery and fulfilment;
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
• To send transactional messages about your order or enquiry;
• To send marketing messages only if you separately opt in;
• To operate and improve the Site and our services;
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law.

Transactional contact (order confirmation, delivery coordination) is separate from marketing consent. Placing an order does not by itself mean you have opted in to marketing.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels from third parties such as Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel). These help us understand Site usage and deliver and measure relevant advertising. 4. Payments

Payments made through the Site are processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and UPI. We do not store your full payment credentials (card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords) on our servers. Payment processors may collect information necessary to complete the transaction under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: (a) service providers who support our operations (hosting, analytics, payments including Razorpay, logistics, communications) under confidentiality obligations; (b) our group affiliates within KarmYog for the 21st Century for legitimate business purposes; and (c) authorities where required by law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to processing, by writing to us at the contact details above.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
